We must be notified of any issue with delivery within 30 days of the parcel being dispatched. 

Cloak Apparel will not be held responsible for any parcel that is left at a premises once delivered.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9am to 1pm AEST (except holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from when you place the order.

Please note that delivery times can vary depending on the time of the year.

We offer FREE Shipping on all Australian orders over $199.

Orders under $199 are a flat rate of:

Express - $20

INTERNATIONAL – USA, CANADA, UK, NEW ZEALAND

For international orders, our standard shipping starts at AUD$30 and varies based on the total weight of items.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note that all customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. These charges are determined by the local customs authority. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Cloak Apparel does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
