Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.



RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final.

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them. Item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that our team assesses returns on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

Important note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot refund the original shipping charges except for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

 

REFUNDS

We understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out, but we appreciate you giving us a chance!

Please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Follow the “Request a Return” instructions.
  2. Send the item back using the instructions provided by our team.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  4. If approved, you can choose from two options:
    • Be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
    • Be refunded as store credit with a bonus A$5 credit added.

     

    EXCHANGES

    Let’s make sure we get you the right product! By following these steps:

    1. Follow the “Request a Return” instructions.
    2. Send the item back using the instructions provided by our team.
    3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and send out the new item promptly.

    We wanted to create a fair shipping arrangement for exchanges, so we will split the shipping costs with you. You pay the shipping costs to get the return item to us. We will pay the shipping costs to get the right item to you.

     

    Important note for our international customers: Unfortunately, because of the high costs of shipping to other countries, the buyer will have to pay all shipping costs on exchanges.

     

    FAULTY / DAMAGED

    Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please follow the “Request a Return” instructions, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Any items deemed faulty/damaged, will be replaced at no additional cost.

    • Order Number / Proof of Purchase
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Requesting an Exchange or Refund
    • Photos of Fault / Damage (if applicable)

    If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
